Pathetic internet service. Been using vodacom for weeks now, I suggest everyone boycott herotel to make a point. They throttle us after 1800 and choose what download speed we get instead of the 50meg up and down.....down with Herotel jeffreys bay and everywhere else
Knysna police station- cant answer a call, cant handle stones being thrown at the public and cant divery traffic to an alternative route....logic. dumbest police ever. Close down, youre an embarresment allowing animals to block roads. Incompetence personified
This must be the most pathetic service ever. You phone to book a service and no one answers. No email address no replies from the service desk. Change your system and your attutide towards customers.
Theft of funds since 2009. A pathetic **** from a so called provider called elite mobile who dont answer calls or cant be reached,but can now esculate matters as seen above. Been taking funds from pensioners who have tried many times to stop /end contracts. You have to pay the bank to stop a debit order, but just continues after 3 months. So they owe us.....14 years x 125 rand. Lets make it an even 14000 rand. Lets all take them to court and bankrupt these ******* who do this to the elderly and uninformed.
Since fibre has been brought into jeffreys bay, our intenet has been pathetic. 50megs up and down speed should be fast and reliable, but after countless complaints and reconfiguring of connections, its been pathetic. They should just close down and stop all services. I think its theft having to pay for a service that doesnt work. Shut them down and choose another company please. Never having fast internet OR even being able to watch youtube without breaks in connection, forcing one to use data from an even bigger money ***** like vodacom is and should be regulated by the communications authority. After having to pay for a seat in economy which is rediculous, I get onto the lane just to find out my seat has changed because they changed planes last minute. No refund, no sorry, nothing. Dobt fly with them, they are utterly *********** and are far from the **** news leading airlines...ever.
I have been flying QR since 2020. Still i am burgandy status instead of silver. Its always the same excuse, your miles were lost and you need 200 more. You pay for seat upgrades and still after 4 years you hear the same story. And why cant someone just bring a man a beer before the plane takes off? Is that so hard. Business gets it, so are the staff in campable of bring a beer or two as well? Leading airlines to poor service. Sikver status.
If you guys cant control how much carry in luggage people are permitted.....then there will be no space for all of the passengers. Pathetic to ask people to stow away luggage under the seat or feet. There is no space. Worst airlines next to chem air
Not only does your luggage go missing, but you have to pay for seats that are next to the economy seat you already have. Is it so hard to reply to an email? Flights are expensive as is, but forcing clients who only want to get a window seat or move seat that are not emergency seats or more leg room, just normal seats. Their site doesnt have anywhere to contact for this problem. Clearly the Want us flying Emirates. Pathetic site and who ever implemented this outrageous seat payment syste.
Its been over a year now. This provider offers 50meg up and down, but when tested its 40up and 35 down at best. And then the signal doesnt even allow whatsapp calls and the delay on messages if horrific. If one had an emergency, it would be better to cry for help, because you wont be using a cell phone neither can you play games.....watch movies or stream with the old cliche......its the site or we have technical difficulties... So where does that leave the customer? Let me tell you: unhappy, angry, and worst of all having spent money on a system that is equal to this **** ANC government, you have excuse after excuse. Come Take your fibre out and poles before I do. You are a joke Herotel!
