False advertising
They do false advertising. Advertising all over that you will get a bonus if you refer a friend. I refered a friend and now they are ignoring me. I will never refer someone again.

Bad service
Made a payment. Promised me a delivery with in 2 days and then on day of delivery i get a message saying they are closed for the year. Why promise delivery if it can not be done.

No service and no assistance
If i could give less stars i would. They are pathetic. Since we moved over to them as a fibre supplier we have had no connection. They blaming vumatel and vumatel blaming them and no one is taking responsibility to get the job done. Dont waste your time on this people. Use afrihost of vox.
