Had a R59pm contract (done telephonically, confirmed that capped at R59pm/500mb). Come November, December and January 2021 an amount of R454pm was deducted (all previous deductions were R59pm). Emailed the complaint, referred them to the recording, they declined the refund. Clearly breached their own contract and is now hiding behind the "system". It would appear as if they have summarily changed the terms and conditions by themselves without my consent. Stay away from Yellodata.
MtN illegally registered my number for unwanted subscription to MTN Gamer. I never have consent to this at any time. Accidentally discovered this today.
Joined AbsaMail more than decade ago, never used it. Debit order came off for more than 10 years. No invoice received, could not cancel. Stopped the debit order on my side, Vox contacted me regarding this. Indicated that I have to email and wait for 30 days, pay the dues, then they will cancel. Asked that they write off this tiny amount, given that I have paid > 10 years with no use of the service, and this was ignored. Paid the R164.30 (3 months now plus "payment rejection fee"). Will not support this company in future - yes it is a relatively small amount, but comparatively much smaller for this multi-million Rand company. They received my money for 10+ years, don't know where the invoices went and had to stop the debit order before being contact (and charged for it).
