I’m truly frustrated with the service and experience received from Parow VW mccarthy. I purchased a demo car from them, a 2024 T-cross. 2-3months down the line, car started to smell like something is burning. I took the car back to them and told them I suspect a clutch damage, they checked the car and told me everything was perfect. To find few days later, nothing was perfect at all. I then booked another check up with them, they then said a plastic was burnt underneath which was causing the smell. Last month, May month the car started to slow down when driving. Sat afternoon i noticed the indicator for gear change was not responding accordingly. Today, in the morning i called in at the branch to explain the issue, that the gear was not responding.they said they’ll only be available on the 18th June for book ins. About 40min later after the call, car stopped in the middle of the road, gear was totally not moving. Causing hazard to me and other drivers. I called insurance and car has been towed to one of VW dealership closest to me and they say they can only attend my vehicle on Wednesday the 4th June.Issue now I am stuck with no car, I do not know how I’ll move during this 3 days between 3 different schools for my kids and myself to go to work. I need a curtesy car as this issue has been reported 2 times and VW mccarthy was ******** about it. How am I supposed to function without a car when they refuse to accommodate me? I’m in disbelief of this service and all emotions involved at the moment
I called in for a washing machine repair. They assigned me to Liptronics CC, a lady by ROWAN BROWN ROLAND sent me an email requesting me to pay a R750 call out fee and email proof of payment, I did exactly that on Thursday last week and emailed POP. She never rep**** to my email, I then called Liptronics on Monday furious requesting to know when will the technician arrive, they sent him right then. He said there’s parts that needs to be replaced, he will ask the company to send quotation so they can order as soon as I make payment. I have been waiting for a quotation since Monday 24th March. I called Liptronics again on Wednesday, the lady that answered my call was rather rude and just said they’ll send a quotation same day, I must wait. I called Samsung twice last week to follow up, both consultants I spoke to kept saying they’re escalating my issue. Till today there’s no contact from Samsung and Liptronics CC. My washing machine is leaking and damaging my floors. Such a terrible service from both these companies.
I logged a Samsung washing machine repair query on the 16th March 2023, they keep saying a technician will be in contact but my case has not been attended to at all. WF80F5EHW2X/FA.
Absolutely poor service, I order Tissoli Crown 21pc pots on their online website on the 24 November 2022. I only received the order yesterday, it was sitting at Makro Ottery all this time. I kept on calling several times on the customer centre department and they kept saying they’re escalating the issue to the Ottery manager. I only received the the order yesterday 12/12/2022 only to find that it’s actually the wrong product. Instead of the Tissoli Crown 21pcs,they sent Tissoli tango 12 pcs. This is ridiculous. After waiting for so long to receive my order, only to get the wrong order. I want the correct product I ordered, and it’s not my fault if it’s Out of stock. It was not Out of stock at the time I placed my order. Makro give me the correct item. I tried calling the Ottery branch manager with no answer. The service I received is so poor with no communication with the client. I need you to collect this item at my place.
