I have never been more disgusted with a company. Driver goes to incorrect address after me waiting by gate for him. Phones and is so horrible and says too late you not getting your parcel You cannot reach this company at all

ABSA bank has got to be the slowest bank to respond to customer complaints. They will not answer you for weeks and then always a feeble excuse as to why they cant perform. Im disgusted. I asked for the CEOs details and was ignored.
I am really disgusted that I pay a high premium for Gap cover however the service delivery is a joke. I provide all relevant documentation and they always want more. Stalling tactic so as not to pay the member. Why is this I ask myself is it perhaps because they have money issues. Im not impressed.
What disgusting service. They don't even answer calls and lie about where your parcel is on the tracking system.
