Excellent service and amazing quality
I received my order the very next day. The packaging was amazing. The fit is absolutely flattering for my body type. Quality is amazing. My only problem is that I'm now obsessed and I need to order more!! Thank you for the excellent service and quality product.

Excellent Online and Social media service
This has to be the best service I have ever experienced in South Africa. I did an online order and chose the wrong item by mistake. I only realised this once my order was completed. I sent a message to their whattsapp line on a weekend and within a minute, someone was already responding to my query . They ammended my order and the entire query took 6 minutes from start to finish. Gift card: I had a Le Creuset gift card that expired. I sent through the query and they were happy to replace it, no questions asked. Social media: I asked for assistance in purchasing a pot for particular dishes I wanted to cook. Their social media account immediately assisted me and gave me various options to choose from. Not only is this the best quality for money but their before, during and after sales service is absolutely brilliant!!! I am absolutely obsessed with the products and services. Makro Germiston pathetic service
I bought a dishwasher from Makro Germiston /Edenvale over a month ago. Once opened it was damaged with dents and scratches. I called immediately to log complaint. Pics where sent via email. It's been a month now!! Over 40 reference numbers 17 phone calls to The store Makro Edenvale 8 calls to the call center 18 whattsapp messages Facebook messages Instagram messages I've just waited 45 minutes on the line to the Makro store in Edenvale and then they cut the call!!!! AND STILL NO HELP!!!! This is the most pathetic service I've ever had!!!! I honestly don't know what more to do.

Brand new kitchen and wall unit
As a Food blogger, I was looking to renovate my kitchen to create video tutorials. I requested a quote via whattsapp and within the hour someone was at my place to take measurements. I received a design concept together with my quotation the very next day. We ironed out a few details via whattsapp and a deposit was paid. 8 days later they started. I was extremely happy with the level of service and even though I made last minute design requests on sight, Prince the carpenter was extremely helpful and accommodated my requests. My kitchen came out beautifully. I can't wait to start uploading video tutorials from my bran new kitchen. I received a free floating wall unit which turned out absolutely Amazing.
