I'm not writing to complain about service. This has to do with hygiene... The MAITLAND branch Steers have that combined takeaway venue where you get Debonairs / Fishaways and Steers next to Mug n Bean. My issue is no one was wearing gloves when prepping food or in general. No gloves... and there's stomach bugs going round apart from other germs etc. Why can't management do something about the hygiene issue and PLEASE get all staff to wear gloves while at work.
I've been trying to get hold of these guys via Whatsapp since July the 4th already and no response or assistance. You guys are quick when it comes to sending me sms's with demands but don't even respond when I'm trying to find out *** is going on and what it's for etc. so I can arrange payments and so on... I just get spammed with sms's saying contact us on whatsapp and then nothing. One auto response and that's it! Absolutely no assistance whatsoever...
I'm extrememly upset that I've now received a "You've been blacklisted by Telkom" sms when I've been paying on a monthly basis via P&P Attorneys (your recommendation). I STOPPED by contract when I got mugged and all my items stolen. Even logged a case and provided the case number from SAPS in the hopes to resolve everything and get a new contract once sorted. Now I've been paying monthly and NO correspondence or confirmation of payment or deducted amounts to show proof of payment which I've been doing on a monthly basis via Whatsapp. WHAT IS THE POINT NOW AND WHERE HAS THE MONEY BEEN GOING??????? HOW CAN YOU BLACKLIST SOMEONE WHO IS MAKING PAYMENT? ***** the "jolly season" and get blacklisted instead and I've been a good client for years... I'm super ****ed off!
