DSTV (please pay back my money)
What a painful experience I've experienced with dstv multichoice on 27 October 2025 i mistakenly paid 2000 rand instead of 150 for my husband I immediately asked my husband to call and ask for refund they asked for proof of payment I sent it. Xolani shabalala the guy who assisted my husband said my money will reflect in my bank account within 7 to 14 working days I waited nothing came up my husband called again the lady said the guy who was helping us did not do it right she corrected the mistake it will reflect in my bank account within 7 to 14 working days still nothing we called again today same storry it's been a month now waiting for my R1850 they giving me a run around and it looks like the consultants are told to say the same story over and over again until you give up! I really need my money, I will never recommend dstv multichoice to anyone they don't value their customers

Jet airtime **** on account holders
Jet is the most ****ming retail I've ever seen. 2016 they made me join their airtime contract without my knowledge and I did not receive that airtime I canceled it.. They did it again I was so surprised that I've been paying my account but my balance is still the same and I don't have credit so I decided to call the head office they told me that I have airtime contract of which I know nothing about and m not receiving any airtime

Villa Pretoria is robbing people who are only trying to make a living
I purchased 15 perfumes and 3 lotions on 10 December 2022 at villa fragrances at Pretoria Sunnyside next to sunnypark shopping center. It came to my surprise that they only gave me 14 perfumes, I immediately called them and sent proof they said they will refund they are ignoring me since. No matter how hard I explained to them that I am trying to make a living by selling those perfumes they still ignored me. I lost 160 rand for that perfume. I really need my money.
