Jenny Internet are a useless ISP. When I joined, the first two months went great. For the next two months the problems started. Then I placed a review, then I had great internet for the most of October. After two months of suffer they credit my account with R31.....wow. Now they started with the nonsense of "over using" the internet. They are full of excuses. Take your money and only "deliver" excuses and no internet service. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ISP.
When you sign up for their services,all goes well at the beginning. Moving forward it is continues issues. There are no support at the times when you do experience the problems. You have to wait until "office hours" this is annoying as most of the time this is exactly when the problems occur. They are quick to respond "sometimes", but the problem does not get resolved and stay resolved. They receive full payment for an entire calendar month's worth of service and yet I do not have internet for a full calendar month. They do not reimburse their clients in any way. They only give apologies.If I should tell them I can not make the monthly payment because I have "issues" they will suspend my service and yet they want me to accept the apologies and feel that this is fair. They never struggle to get a payment from me at any given time. Is this a matter to direct to the ombudsman.....I wonder. I will not recommend them to anyone again.
Unreliable ISP. As a customer always struggling with internet,but still need to pay full monthly subscription. They lack in response when complaints are logged. Time lapse for calls to be attended to is approx. 2hours. The only service they do on time is sending out the bills.

Lost for words. Very true....a new broom sweeps cleaner than an older one. My latest experience is that they lie to clients. I'm not even sure that they want the business at all. Scheduled an installation a week ago,just to find that they lie to say that tbey can't forfill they commitment and proceed with installation. Then booked for the day after....how convenient,no technicians available. From their side made a mistake and can't walk the e tra mile to assist a client. With no response at all or any feedvack as to how they will solve the problem. They do not understand,that enable to afford the services you actually need to work to earn an income and yet they want to rectify their mistakes on you as a client's pocket. You have to take time off work in order for them to fix their mistakes. No service at all!!!!!
Netstar is absolutely not the company to use if you want peace of mind. After struggling for 4 continues weeks to get someone to assist with a tracking unit that gives incorrect location....they have done it again. Problem solved....NOT AT ALL. The device still does not function. When I track my location it gives me a location that is 1h28min away from where I am. This is how they "trick" you when you take out insurance. When you cancell the insurance they want to bind you to a 36 month contract with Netstar. This is because they can't get clients 'cause of their poor service or no service at all. They expect you to waste your hard earned money to receive no service.
Not worthy of even one star. NO CUSTOMR SERVICE AT ALL. Quick to call to confirm banking details, but even after that they will not call to solve an issue.
I joined this Dotsure Insurance, I am regretting it already. They are very quick to take the installments but no customer service at all. I have sent email, I have requested that someone give me a call as the tracker that is installed are not working as it should. I then sent an email to the tracker company, they sent an email to dotsure and copied me in the email......still no response. I will be looking at other insurance companies ASAP as I can only imagine what a struggle it will be should I ever have a claim. I will not recommend anyone to join them.
Buildit gave out leaflets that contains a combo. Called around Buildit stores around Mpumalanga....they replied"we do not stock this" One shop,Buildit Secunda confirmed they have this combo when I called. Drove all the way(40 minutes drive)to buy the combo,upon my arrival I spoke to they man that took my call. He then said " I'm sorry but my supervisor says we do not have that combo. This is false and fake adverti*****t. How is it possible that the whole region of Mpumalanga does not have the combo soecial available,that ends 23 Decwmber 2022 by the way.
