Ignition group contacted me to do an MTN upgrade. EIGHT hours of phone calls back and forth and my 3 numbers are upgraded and a new debit order signed. Nov payment goes off as planned. December amount has changed and then my 3 lines are suspended and I am told I owe R2500 and in fact only one number was upgraded!!! I have to pay the R2500 or my numbers cannot be unblocked. This is YOUR mismanagement and I expect to be refunded for YOUR disaster
MTN have 3rd party sales representatives that are not accountable to MTN!! I spent over 8 hours on calls to ignition group believing that I had successfully upgraded and signed a new debit order. Amount agreed goes off in November. December MTN debits a smaller amount and then I get a notification that my 3 lines are suspended and I now owe R2 500!!! I then have over 6 different consultants calling me to upgrade my lines when I believed I already had!! I am forced to pay the outstanding R2 500 before my lines can be open to call. As a business I have no choice. This is a gross misconduct of justice and MTN should be held responsible for any third parties that they entrust to do business under their umbrella. I expect MTN to refund my R2 500 as this was not due to my mistake! How can you allow third party companies to take advantage of your loyal customers?! How can there be no consistency in service!?

Came out twice to fix electrical gate. Fix lasted a few days only each time. No response to multiple attempts to contact them .

After the most horrendous service, being unlawfully suspended and over a MONTH of continual calls , emails, hours upon hours of holding, I was finally told that the matter was resolved and mondo would credit the mistaken charge. This morning I awake once again to a notification that all 3 my lines can not make calls because of an outstanding amount that I do not owe. Tomorrow I’m traveling and will be reliant on GPS etc, that I will not have access to. I will also not be able to conduct any business!! How long before I hear the false promises of resolve again?!
UNBELIEVABLE SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT FOR OVER A MONTH!!! AFTER HOLDING FOR HOURS I GET PUT THROUGH TO PERSON TO PERSON UNTIL I AM CUT OFF. COUNTLESS EMAILS! FINALLY GET ‘WE LL INVESTIGATE’ NO REPLY EVER AND THEN BOOM : NO WARNING SUSPENSION!! HAVE YOU EVER BEEN SUSPENDED BY MTN?! GOOD LUCK TRYING TO EVEN CONTACT SOMEONE TO ASSIST!!WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE HISTORY OF CELLPHONES!!
