Bad Service and Predjuice Female Employees
The service i have received at Mr price Gonubie is appalling recently as of today the 25th of october 2023 i wanted to lay bye items of clothing and have an existing lay bye i was told i cannot lay bye new items of clothing with the exhisting lay bye not have beem fully paid up the assistant didn't clarify as to why i couldn't have 2 seperate lay byes at a time she merely said i should step aside so she can help other customers.I called another Mr Price to ask if what i was told by the assistant was true or not and to my outrage and disgust it was not true. it is not the first time i have received disgusting service from the females at Mr Price Gonubie from unfriendly cold service and ridiculing of customer to discounts that don't appear on they monitor.The females that work there have an attitude problem whoever is the senior at the Mr Price Gonubie should seriously do through check on people s behaviours and check the business thoroughly the in and outs I am deeply offended and disgusted that i have to take my business somewhere else.

Rude manager and employee
I have been ridiculed and laughed at by the manager and staff member me and my sister have been ridiculed more than once by these 2 staff members on numerous accounts .The first incident was when I was returning a dress because of incorrect size the manager stated that " What should she do that I want to return the dress " and proceeded to ask my sister who was with me what she was looking at this is very unprofessional and unpleasant on another incident she asked one of her male employees to follow me around the store and the manager once took pictures of me on her phone and called me by name how she knows my name nobody knows recently my sister took a picture of the empoyee because the employees do not wear name badges how should we make an complaint when we don't know employee names.thats when the employee in question called who I think is the manager saying "Rosie friend they are here " and they are taking video that's when the manager stared down my sister and got aggressive and asked what is the problem my sister tried explaining by the time she got to finish her complaint the Manger still proceeded to badger her with the question what is her problem the manager bolted out the door to get security of hemingways mall to escourt us claiming I came in rude and insulting to them to the security guard.I have complained to management of hemingways mall I got an email calming we are the problem and we insulted the staff of the fix and the management of hemingways say they are concerned of my behavior but I'm the person making the complaint.i don't think I will be visiting the fix hemingways mall anytime soon I have been treated like a common criminal for exercising my right and revictimising me with the email I have not received a single heartfelt apology from The manager or the staff member or the security guard who embarrassed me publicly .

Rude Customer Service
I have been treated poorly by the manager and employee they have been exceptionally rude on more than one account of me being in the store ,ridiculing and making fun of me and my companions and when I was returning an item of clothing because of incorrect size the manager said "what do you want us to do with the fact that I am returning a dress" and proceeded to ask my sister what she was looking at. Another incident she asked one of her male employees to follow me around the store recently my sister took photos of the staff to complain because they dont wear name badges thats where the manager got a security guard of hemingways mall to escourt us out of the fix we have taken up the matter with the management of hemingways mall I got an email back blaming me and stating that I have insulted the staff of the fix and that the security guard corroborated they false claims about me as the customer although the security guard had been called once the incident had taken place. I have been treated like a common criminal and victimized for exercising my right to complain.I don't think I will be returning to the fix hemingways the treatment has been beyond disgusting.
