I bought a LG smart inverter compressor fridge with a 10 year warranty and the fridge broke and I called LG and I got very bad service from them first LG called me and told me the technicians call out cost will be 680 and then the repair department called me and told me 920 and then wen I told them what LG quoted me the they told me will get back to you they called me back and was very rudely told me yes the call out will cost 750 because the 650 is exclusive of VAT. I was willing to pay for the repairs myself but because of their rudeness towards me and inconsistencies with their quoting system I will not repair through LG, and I do not recommend LG products if it breaks after 3 years. I will tell all my family, friends and clients not to use LG products. (That is a large scope of people) I'm also posting on social media.
Takelote is fast to take your money but very slow to assist you wen you return there low class cheap items wen there not working and they give you very bad service regarding the pick up of returns and then the call center poeple have the nerve of Ling to you and saying the driver is out side your property ,and wen you tell them here's no one 🙄 they say the parcel has all ready been collected from whom or from where personal opinion Takelote is very deur mekaar.
Greenleaf estate oh yes where to start Greenleaf estate is a very poorly run estate near brakpan this estate is poorly run poorly buld and poorly managed. They want estate agents to rent and sell there apartments but treat agents like ********s I think this owner and developer would be a shamed of him self and his estate very very very poor business skills on your behalf mister estate owner .
This is my last resort I have had so much trouble getting edgars to allocate eft payments I made. I keep on receiving calls to say my account is on arrears, although with all the payments Ive made they should be owing me money. This is what happened: I made an eft payment with instructions from edgars account employee at lakeside mall brach. I've followed that instructions but in my own error I used my card nr as reference instead of my account number. I o****gars +-R1500 I made 3 payments with this error because I kept receiving messages to pay Those amounts were: R1500 on 23 Oct 2022 R150 on 28 Oct 2022 R150 on 2 Nov 2022 When I went on store the 1st time they told me I did it wrong and they gave me head office number and email addresses to ask them to rectify it I also paid another amount in store so my credit would not be affected I then proceeded calling edgars and after about 10 calls someone answered, she could not help me and gave me another two email addresses to use and a whatsapp number I sent and copied the entire query to all the emails and the whatsapp nr I received No answer I went in store at east rand mall and they said it can only be sorted by head office and gave me the same f*ing number AND AGAIN I tried sorting it out over the phone I may have sent 30 emails, to different edgars departments What makes my blood boil is that in all those departments NO ONE HAS HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK OR REPLY TO MY EMAIL I just had a call while on holiday saying I have to bay R1100 or I will encounter penalty charges and my credit will be affected Seriously? Allocate my money correctly and we will see who owes who money, I CANNOT pay another 1000 if I've already paid a total of R2100 but I only owe R1500 Edgar's is pocketing my money and telling me to pay even more TO ALL READING THIS DO NOT OPEN AN EDAGRS ACCOUNT, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONE BIT, when my wife tried calling on my behalf with me next to her they were rude to her and said they could only speak to me - that I understand - but why be rude? If someone from edgars that has the ability to actually do their job can help me out i would greatly appreciate it. And to edgars management : Please consider employing people who know what they are doing, instead of people who will ignore the emails or quiries from your loyal customers.
