P11PL54993795. *****ulent insurance. I lodged a claim for the 1st time in years since I took the insurance, for a TV and the claim get approved and I am told the insurance will deduct 2 access because I took cover with 2 access. How is that possible? How can I take insurance with 2 access when I have been insured for years with 1 access by different companies for my assets? Is this how this insurance is going to take my money from access which they can choose 1? I am so angry and I might as well cancel this insurance as they are distorting money from us *****ulently.
Failure to refund incorrect payment despite being informed. On 22 October 2025 I deposited R500 into an FNB account which has been closed. I called Nedbank to alert them the consultant informed me that it will be reversed within10 working days. To date I have not received a single cent or refund. The consultant even refused to go INTO my own account to verify.
NEDBANK MFC has added an additional credit in my account and neither their rude Dineo and Karabo Sebone could explain what this additional credit available to the value of 75000 is or can be used for. Can someone who has a clue as to what this credit is for because your staff seems not to know if they are coming or going.
This medical refuses to add my grandchild despite all the supportive documents which I have even given them. Worse they have even made it impossible for me to restart the application to add her and yet they have received all the documents that confirms that both parents are unemployed. Parents were once Discovery members and now they can't afford to have a medical aid so far. I can afford my grandchild be her a dependent or an adult dependent. Maybe I must give my 30 days notice of cancelation and get a new medical aid.

Due to my bad experience with FNB i decided to move my salary back to Nedbank and I left FNB. All my debit orders were moved to Nedbank except the FNB (Insurances, credit card, revolving and personal loans) as i had planned to transfer money into FNB on the 15th of each month in order to pay them. FNB refused to move some debit order until I marched to a branch to sort it out. On the 13 December 2024 I transferred 10500 to pay for the debit orders and it paid for the debit orders, Now all of a sudden I am in arrears for what I do not know as I deposited money to pay for those debit orders. Can someone clarify this mess.

On Friday the 4th October 2024 we were served by a great gentleman whilst we sited inside the restaurant until the shop closed. Just after finishing my food I asked some lady who was serving some customers who were sited near us and the lady took the plate with such a BAD LOOK & ATTITUDE. I even informed the gentleman who was serving us. Please take her on an etiquette or customer service training before you loose your customers. Her attitude stinks so bad.
I took a personal loan with FNB and I tried to settle it by paying a lump sum into the account last year, Now I am still paying the same amount and same interest and same credit shortfall based on the entire loan. When I call to enquire why I am still paying the same amount, interest rate and credit shortfall based on the initial amount, I am informed That I should have arranged restructuring when I paying. HOW MAY I SUPPOSED TO KNOW. The bank is now benefitting from an incorrect figure as if it is the initial amount. I am leaving this bank faster than I anticipated.
Despite having a personal loan, which I have never skipped a single payment, today they can't even borrow me R40 000. When it suits them they play you when you need their assistance they are not available yet you have a good credit score. I am be***en.
