I highly advise anyone who's considering buying from this online store to think twice, three or four, in fact. It's easier to get hold of the pope than Selonwear. I've been struggling for over a week to get any reply in connection with my order - looks like I've lost R399 - maybe this will get their attention

Standard bank drops the ball

I recently had a *****ulent transaction on my credit card and it's subsequently been blocked. I've been promised 3 different times that a new card would be sent to my home ... needles to say I've been waiting for 3 weeks for such card. First excuse was that the consultant didn't order it , then second was the same excuse and third was ordered but still no card. Sorry Standard Bank, you've left me no choice but to give you a bad review... your customer service agents are not doing their jobs!

Woolworths CVV issue !

After many years of being a loyal customer, using the same store card for as many years, I am unable to use it on the mobile app as suddenly the cvv number is incorrect... How - What - Why ? Well nobody at Woolworths has been able to answer me except for - "please use your card 3 times in store before using it online- OMW how many times do I need to repeat that I've had this card for years ? I'm sorry Woolies you've left me no choice but to give you a bad review ... because after 3 months I'm still waiting for my problem to be resolved! Maybe ... just maybe ... I'll get to the bottom of this and it will be resolved !

Poor service from Mr D

To cut a long story short, Mr D did not have a driver to collect and deliver my order... after emails back and forth- being ignored for over an hour, 2 hours after placing my order, I've been told KFC has to be paid (understandably so) Mr D wants their fee but I don't get my order. So I can forget about getting a refund...How does this work ? Can anyone help me take this issue further ?

FNB plays Monopoly AGAIN!!!

Once again First National Bank has played Monopoly with PayPal services and NOT released funds within 3 working days as stated. My funds were released from PayPal on Monday 20th of February and should of reflected in Standard Bank account by Thursday 23 February, only to be told on Friday that they had a 'technical' issue and were waiting for customers to complain so funds could be released. Well FNB I'm waiting... where's MY money ??

Release my PayPal funds FNB

I've been using FNB for 2 years to complete my PayPal transfers, and the majority of the time it's been plain sailing UNTIL last week Thursday. Thursday, 22 December at 10:00, I requested a transfer from FNB to Standard Bank which should take 2-3 working days. Today is Thursday, 29 December and my funds are still NOT reflected in my STD bank account. Yes, of course, we've public holidays in between, I understand that. I have been in contact with PayPal services at FNB and was told my funds should reflect sometime today... That's not good enough. Thursday, Friday, and Wednesday are 3 working days - my funds should be in my account by now. This is a poor - abysmal show and abuse of power by a giant in the industry that holds the PayPal monopoly. I WANT THE FUNDS THAT I WORKED HARD FOR !!
