Vaps Insurance worst insurance
Worst insurance when you have to claim. My truck was in an accident, out of R179k they offered settlement of R34k and said everything was wear and tear. Ontop of that they expect me to pay for storage of truck at a Panel Beater they decided to take the truck to. Condescending tone when they talk to me as if i am not a client, from day one they have never wanted to actually assist me but always finding excuses not to pay

Car Bought at Benoni VW
Most incompetent dealership I’ve ever come across. Took a whole month to get a number plate, my car had scratches they refused to fix. Didn’t want to pour petrol in the car. Took a whole month for them to send me my contract. They don’t reply emails also
