Worst insurance when you have to claim. My truck was in an accident, out of R179k they offered settlement of R34k and said everything was wear and tear. Ontop of that they expect me to pay for storage of truck at a Panel Beater they decided to take the truck to. Condescending tone when they talk to me as if i am not a client, from day one they have never wanted to actually assist me but always finding excuses not to pay

VAPSSA is the best car warranty covers to have. They are efficient and reliable. No hassles & promising.

Our company's fleet are insured with VAPS. We had a fire in December 2022 where the building and contents were demolished. Two forklifts and a trailer are claimed for but to date none of them are honoured. They make rediculous rulings, ie: 1 forklift was insured for R80 000 but they offer me R13 000 as settlement. None of their management wants to get involve, answer a phone call or an e-mail. The only thing they did immediately was to increase our premium due to "high risk".

I have cancelled my insurance with this company. I have been trying to get my pro rata premium refund without any success. Queries go unanswered. It has been almost 2 months now. Surely it cannot be that difficult to load a client refund on a computer system. Why should I ask for my refund? It is common sense that if a policy gets cancelled / changed and a refund is due to a client, that it needs to be processed the same time as the policy change. They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to refunds, well it doesn't seem to happen.
