My first experience and hopefully will be my last one . Tymebank app should be upgraded like others banks. I sent money by mistake to someone. When confirming with the receiver, they said it's not my contact you did a mistake. Immediately I went to my app try to reverse my money...dololo reverse option... I've contacted customer service, they said you should wait for 7 days , your money will bounce back if the person didn't redeem the voucher .Felt so bad because tymebank is a growing bank, why they don't have improved systems like other banks.

I asked them for my dad's license renewal as he is sick can't wait on long Q's. We were communicating well before i made payment. Since I paid them, they no longer responding to my emails nor calls. No communication at all. The disk is already expired, we don't know if it will be delivered or not. We arranged for change of delivery address the answer was just, "ok noted" without assurance. This people are so bad. Their service is so poor, they don't care about their clients. We booked hoping for the best and easier services.... Currently i don't know if i have to go to the post office to renew or if they did renew but still delaying.....
Budget has scammed my father, they sold him a cover with a wrong information and he tried to claim amd they turned him down. We asked for a recording, we emailed, called, but no one is keen to help the old man
