This company are a bunch off ******* they take and Robb you off your hard earned money and don't give u the service plan and customer I would love to take legal action and shut this company down

I went to capitec bank phoenix plaza yesterday to open a tax free savings account waited so long in the cue that place is is so busy dirty and uncomfortable and smells they need to expand any way just to be turned down because the tax free savings account doesn't accept multiple deposits which ridiculous I opened one online with nedbank so easy

I sent in my documen...
I sent in my documents on the 22nd off February and on tue 1st off March 2024 I got a sms saying they received my documents I contacted on the following week saying the first forms is missing I must send all my documents again whice I did then the next week I contacted them they saying the last page is missing so I send it again on the 28 March I contacted them again they said my contacted them again they saying my contact number is missing then if that is so how did I get a sms then a few days later they saying I must re register my account and send my I d to them they are f uck useless

Absolutely ridiculous unsatisfied with the customer service the treatment they make promises they can't keep and they ***** your money and don't give u back or pay for the service on your car ran away from this company don't take service plan from them

Absolutely ridiculous service they take your money and when u miss a few payments they insist you pay but your service is suspended and they send your details to ther lawyers and blacklist u ******* and ther panic button is **** **** when u press it they phone u how can u answer the phone when u getting high jacked

They thefts after feed back from the company they make it as the customer is at fault they take your money and the management make the decision management can't face the customer themselves our new vehicle warranty will fall away because this company are ******* the take your money and don't give u back what is owned to the customer I will not recommend this company to any poor sole they are *******

The company tries to undermine the customer by providing false promises when they contact you about any issues it's the same thing over and over again they say management disscuss what must be done whos this management that they can't face the customer when u buy a brand new car you expect quality service not theft ridiculous ass wipes
