No customer service - lazy staff
No help at all to the customer. Very lazy assessor and team leader that didnt take the time to understand the issues I raised. Parts missing and original repairs still faulty, Team leader and assessor say its maintenance related. Utter BS, missing parts are not maintenance, idiots!

Terrible ethics and workmanship
Someone in their organization swapped engine parts in my car not related to the repair. Workmanship not very good either. Car came back with new faults that were not there when it went in. No quality control.

Pathetic service
Bad communication. Still waiting for a call back from a manager. Agent hasnt responded to my email. Will be looking at moving my home loan. Pathetic service.

Avis sucks and steals your money
Charged incorrectly much more. Do not justify any costs when queried multiple times. Agent just resends previous email. Fraudulently just debit accounts. All emails ignored for Avis customer services.
