This is by far the worst customer experience I have had ever. Went in to buy milk, I paid with a older R100 note which was out right refused. I tried to speak to the owner of this business who pointed me to another lady who works with what is seems like, the finances to query this as this was not a false note, it was just one of the older notes and was told that the bank refuses the older notes. As far as I know these notes are still in circulation and cannot be refused by shop owners. I was told that they do not except them and I had to go and exchange this note. REALLY????? Needless to say I did not take the milk and left while the cashiers sat laughing at my embarrassment. I tried to argue with the lady that these notes are still legal and that businesses are not allowed to refuse them as payment for goods, unfortunately she did not want to hear about it. Well I am the one who is sorry as I will no longer support Mias Wholesale.
I do not even feel like giving them any stars. During lockdown they kept deducting my car finance from my account on the 25th of the month even though my contact with them stated that I get paid on the end of the month. I notified them of this. Now again this month on 25 December 2020 they deduct again. My pay comes in on the end of the month. They just send me into overdraft. An overdraft that I never ever use because it is only for emergencies. For all those out there who want to purchase a vehicle through Wesbank. DON'T!! They do not listen to customers and do as they want. You can send requests to them as much as you want they will wipe themselves with it.
I've queried this before and keep on getting a stupid response which does not make sense. I've been banking with FNB for years now and have asked that banking fees be moved to the end of the month WHEN I GET PAID. But according to them this is not possible. Why can I not choose when my banking fees goes off my account? Why do I have to make provision for MIDDLE OF THE MONTH banking fees as well as end of the month banking fees?
