I recently bought a vehicle and decided to insure with Pineapple, worst decision ever, they will phone you 10 times a day to get you as a client, but once you submit a claim, its currently 12 days and im still waiting for them to reach out to me, really frustrated, not recommended.
Easy and Friendly Check-in, very clean apartments. There was a confusion during my booking as I booked through a timeshare, but the well trained staff understood and solved the matter with just a phone call. also the service received during my stay was great, there was a leak in the shower but the maintenance was just a complain away even on Christmas day, definitely will visit again.
Definitely hiring my car from them whenever I am in CPT, their customer service is outstanding, they accommodated us even though they were closed on both days, during collection and delivery of the vehicle and also they are the cheapest in Town.
This is the place to stay at if you are looking for a home away from home Mr Showket and his staff for their hospitality The lodge is great and very welcoming Even the staff are very friendly and understanding Thank you for the great service and it was definitely our home away from home JzkAllah for everything from the assistance on late check ins to the most loved koeksisters at breakfast and also the Chicken Biryani for Friday Lunch.
I had unfortunately booked a return bus ticket from Lenasia to cape Town with Eldos and have never regretted something this bad Depart from jhb was on 23 Dec 2022 at 4:40pm, to our surprise we only left park station at 10:30pm, losing out one day on my car booking as we only reached cpt the next evening at 5pm 1. The delay was because the driver was sent to Pretoria for what, no one knows 2. We were assigned a shuttle service to the depot but it kept overheating 3. The driver of the shuttle service left immediately after reaching the depot 4. We were stranded at the depot with no information about what to do or where to go until we sneaked into one of the management's offices who then helped us get onto a bus which was not even an eldos bus 5. No driver was willing to go cape town Thinking that's bad, wait for the return bus details Bus was to return 02 Jan 2023 at 6:30pm The bus was on time because I believe it was from Cape Town BUUT 1. Buss had no windows 2. Buss had no aircons 3. Bus had no USB slots to charge phones 4. Toilets were the worst and smelling 5. Drivers knew nothing about it and blamed it on management 6. Passengers came in with coolers of alcohol and drivers only gave a verbal warning but nothing else was done and alcohol was consumed throughout the journey (imaging the smell in a bus with no ventilation at all) 7. The bus seemed to be a second home to ****roaches (plenty of them live on them) 8. We were to be dropped off at signet terrace but were dropped at park Station and no one knew who would bring us to signet not even the drivers, luckily to our rescue there was a lady driver to then take the matter in her hands and help us. But then also in the whole commotion we were again delayed Please can you assist with a full refund as the service was poor and the experience was disgusting and smelly
