Stay away from Denver auto
Terrible experience. SA claims quoted me and it has been a month since the car is still not fixed. They Hyundai Exter door handle needed to be replaced but unfortunately could not because they did not have the part. They promised a courtesy car and SA claims mailed me to pick it up. When I arrived they said there is no courtesy car. i then realized that the tyre cover was also not completely repaired. This is shocking service and would highly recommend using another company

Discovery bank onboarding new clients
Honestly shocked at the customer relationship management. I am trying to simply open a bank account, I have called 3 different bankers and every time they ask me to hold. Nobody called me back, I am not even a customer yet and your service is shocking. I was ready to join the bank but now second guessing this. Please assist me, do discovery expect clients to call them? I am very unhappy. I have downloaded the banking app, and now I have to enter log in details but I never banked with you before. Totally useless..

Shocking service - Capitec!!
Shocking experience. I have bee banking with capitec for more than 10 + years, however some of my payments (Strava, Spotify and Airbnb) have been declined. I have called and waited on the calls for more than an hour. Nothing has been done. Simmy Mvida said that this is a forex issue on their side. I still have no solution and it has been a month. Strongly considering moving myself and my family to another bank. Please resolve this asap. My ticket number is 1373911386. Then called Thobiso, and waited another 22 minutes and now she made contact with previous agent saying that there is no feedback? Has been escalated to team leader with no feedback. Not taking customer service seriously.

Shoe refund not given
I took my Asics to Sportsmans warehouse opposite east rand mall. The manager said that they inspected the shoes and said they can't do anything. The front sponge part of the shoe broke off. I gave them my invoice and box and they said I can get 10% off the next order. They were 6 months old and this is unacceptable

Truworths shocking customer service
Worst customer service ever. MOSSEL BAY Truworths the ladies in front at the till were commenting rude things. Wanted to exchange the shirt that I bought a few months ago with the tag and all but they didn't accommodate.
