I want to to thank Tumiso M and Lydia for the assistance in helping a client we referred to them for repairs on his vehicle, they always responded with feedback when it was requested and also called to confirm the repairs were completed, thank you for going th extra mile with the client.

Terrible experience. SA claims quoted me and it has been a month since the car is still not fixed. They Hyundai Exter door handle needed to be replaced but unfortunately could not because they did not have the part. They promised a courtesy car and SA claims mailed me to pick it up. When I arrived they said there is no courtesy car. i then realized that the tyre cover was also not completely repaired. This is shocking service and would highly recommend using another company

Good morning, I am seeing a lot of bad reviews about this company and it’s worrying. I’m struggling to understand why parts are only being ordered now. When I initially submitted the claim and then requested to cancel it, I was told that the parts had already been ordered, and for that reason, I could not cancel the claim. Based on that information, I then requested to move the date for bringing in the vehicle to April which was confirmed. I also explained that I rely heavily on my car for work, as I travel far distances and have a small child with no backup transport. I specifically mentioned that I needed the car back within 10 days and was reassured that it would be ready this week since the workshop was not that busy. However, now that the car has been dropped off, I’m being told that parts are only being ordered now and that I might only receive the car by 22 April 2025. This feels misleading. Why was I told the parts had already been bought and that cancelling the claim wasn’t an option, only to now be told they are still being ordered? This situation is extremely inconvenient and financially straining. I am now forced to pay for Uber daily, and over a three week period, that cost is close to a car installment. I kindly request that this matter be prioritised. I truly cannot wait until the 22nd to receive my vehicle. Had I known this would be the case, I would have considered other options. It was my first time having an encounter with Denver auto at kempton park and im happy with the services they offered me, my vehicle was perfectly fixed its like it was never damaged at all, it was like its brand new all over again i would highly recommend anyone to use them if they need any help with repairing their vehicle, and they update you about the progress every step of the way.Thank you guys at Denver and also Cathy.
