After placing an order in November, which was initially due for delivery 30 November, then was delayed, Makro have no clue as to why their designated courier has not yet delivered. Neither do they have a tracking number. After 2 infuriating calls to their Call Centre, both times was promised they would contact the couriers and call me back, never happened, we still have no clue where our order is. Makro is obviously too important to worry with us ordinary customers!

Despite repeated attempts to contact or have We buy Cars contact us, we have not heard from them We wish to purchase a vehicle and never thought it would be so difficult!
We bought items to value of over R5000 with Mastercard, to date the promised R1000 voucher has not been forthcoming.Despite numerous calls and emails. The matter was sent to the Complaints Dept, also no response.
