I had a query about the cover on my motorcycle because I had not paid April's premium. I did subsequently pay for May and June but I contacted Miway to confirm the validity of the cover on the bike. I was informed that the bike needed a reinspection to enable cover to be resumed. This is where Kgomotso Makhetha came in. She answered all my queries knowledgably and guided me smoothly thru the process and I am assured that cover will be reinstated. A pleasant experience overall.1 reply
