What a wonderful experience we had at Midrand SPCA 03 February 2025. I had to write something to commend their Professionalism from the Security Gaurd to the Staff to the Vet herself. We had to wait a while as it was our first visit with our precious female Pekginise who was very ill (12yrs old). The Security Guard made us comfortable by bringing my wife and I chairs to sit on while we waited for the Vet. The Staff continously updated us as we waited. The Vet herself was very caring and gentle. Over all I was surprised and was not expecting the Service we recieved. Truly impressed. 5 Stars for all at Midrand SPCA. Thank you all for a wonderful experience all round
Spar Randjiespark, Midrand Someone did a cash send from SPAR in Pietermaritzburg and I was unable to DRAW it at SPAR RANDJIESPARK. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Why can I not draw it from a SPAR if it is deposited at a SPAR. The Standard Bank Atm was removed which makes it even more inconvenient for Customers as this Cash Send can only be drawn from a Standard Bank Atm no other Atm. This is inconvenient for me as I had to walk 4. 5 km to Spar. The closest Standard BANK Atm from Spar Raandjiespark is 7km away, so I was unable to draw the Cash Send and I am inconvenience further and now have to find a way and means of getting to another Spar or Std Bank Atm. The Staff at Spar Randjiespark were not helpful at all, rude and obnoxious. Absolutely unsatisfied with Spar. A Spar in an upmarket Area is always good, but these Spars in the less upmarket areas are absolutely appalling and staff are horrid.
They continually contact me at least 3 times a day for the past 2 yrs trying to collect an apparent loan I took with them in 2011.. 12yrs ago. They cannot produce a signed contract from myself to prove this. I have told them more than 50 times to take it to Court. Still waiting, yet they continously contact me, everyday non stop.
False advertising: Blacklisted Clients welcome This is nonsense. You can apply but will be turned down. No actual reason given. They just give a bunch of "Could be the following reasons, and they give you a broad list". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Bolt fees change literally every 10 min. My normal fare for 13km costs R140. That is already R 11 per km. In Drive is R120 negotiable. If it rains Bolt fares go up to R217 for the same distance of 13 km. According to Bolt website, they charge R7 per km, so my trip should not be more than R100. When it rains, Bolt charge me R 17 per km. This is Unethical Business Practice and absolutely False information from Bolt. I have numerous screenshots to prove this. THEY like to use the excuse of "Demand", yet In Drive don't have these ridiculous fares when it rains. I have screenshots where it is raining and most cars are standing still in one place with NO business, yet they like to use this "Demand" excuse. People be careful of just using Bolt. THEY do not assist with your complaints at all and turn a blind eye. Anybody have any suggestions as to how to stop Bolt. Thank you all kindly
