I am really really flippen disappointed with fnb and I will continue rating it one star, if I could I would give it 0 zero. I lost R1600 because my bank account was on a minus which even today no1 has bothered to call me and try to assist me. This bull**** is totally unacceptable....I want my money amd someone will have to call me or I will continue rating it zero.....
Never ever get an fnb card, I wrote a review about how im not happy with their service but they never even bothered to call me to understand what is happening, what happened is they sent me a lousy email that does not even address my issues I have with them. Honestly even their call centre staff is just useless and I wish I never joined this bank, my life is on a hold I cannot do anything because my account is on a flippen minus how I really dont understand.
For a bank that's pricey it surely cant do alot of things, the inconvenience this bank had me go through i honestly cannot explain it. How does an account go into minus when it has no funds.....no matter how you explain it, it really doesn't make sense. I am honestly going back to Capitec
Poor service I was expecting a delivery received an email and sms to confirm that my delivery is out I put my work address because I knew by the time they deliver I will be at work to my surprise after the whole day of waiting I receive a call from an agent saying my delivery is back at their hub as the driver said the business is closed how can I put my work address if we closed mind you the delivery guy never even called to say he has arrived tried calling their contact centre but still never received any help the only they only told me is that they will check if the guy can come back,I requested they check the guys map if he even came to my workplace I was told excuses about operations this and that I’m honestly not happy of the **** service I was given.
This company is honestly a **** company I deposited an amount for a lay buy once and then needed the refund for the money even now I am still waiting a month later every time I communicate with a lady named Refiloe she keeps giving me excuses telling me about an imaginary manager who has never took their time to call me and explain what is going on 😡😡😡and I know I’m not the only person waiting for our refunds but honestly the service they give is just total bull****.
