Super annoyed with Zando. Had multiple issues with the same sneakers. Bought a pair of Nikes for 3000 rand. First pair has spilt glue all over it, they replaced it 10 days later. The second pair was defective and they said oops must be a bad factory batch of Nikes. Even though they have quality checks on all the sneakers. Still waiting for a refund 9 days later. Wasted 19+ days on 2 pairs of sneakers I've had to return.

Delivery is always FAST!!! THANK YOU!!! However your coupons and vouchers don't always work and it's super annoying.
Somewhat Prive has slightly improved from 1 star to 2 stars. Let's hope not 2024 next year it can be 3 stars. Prices have done up for food all of a sudden. 170 for lamb curry now it's almost 190 per person. Got the wrong wines. Asked for sun international white wine at 30 a glass. Landed up all getting a different wine charged at 65 a glass. You can imagine the basic meal and wine for 4 people comes to well over R1000+ even platinum discount. Service is still SLOW and it's always wonderful seeing your management sitting eating big meals and drinking while paying guests aren't attended too. This has happened twice there's been an African man in his late 40s who works for Sun International, always on his phone, always eating eating eating before us paying gets get service. Typical of GrandWest.
Just wanting to mention that this is my second encounter with your company, Lorenzo Management. From the onset and throughout it's been positive and professional. Thank you for the amazing work. Both times throughout my dealings with your legal firm I have had a extremely positive experience. The staff, attorneys, management are all open, honest, kind, truthful and ALWAYS communicating with me almost daily. Never ever leaving me out the loop.
