Worst service. Cant get hold of head office - branches unwilling to assist, delivery super late.
Bad, authenticator app is difficult. Can retrieve anything. HELP me Microsoft Can get hold of support due to login and asking for authenticator code. Notification does not come up.
If i could i would give them a - 5. Absolutely disappointing to find out you cannot use your mobile to pay for goods. In what era are you catering for... 1800's??Will 100% run to the competition to get what works. Super bad from huaweii. I do not recommend their mobipes in SA.

Dear Absa ***** Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my ***** case. Despite being promised a resolution within 15 days, I have not been contacted or provided with any meaningful updates. I have sent numerous emails regarding my case, and each time I only receive a generic response stating that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. This is unacceptable and represents the worst service I have ever experienced from a bank. As a long-time customer, I expected much better support and responsiveness from Absa. The lack of communication and progress on my case has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I demand immediate attention to my case and a thorough explanation for the delays. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
I want to share my experience that i just encountered at Kathu Mcdonalds. Dis was very very degrading as the lady asked us to give back our bag of food to check if we are lying about the burger they didn’t put it, that’s apart from waiting 15 - 20min for them to give our food. I’ll definitely never ever support mcdonalds again. The staff at the Kathu branch are rude and very unprofessional. If you care about your brand, i think it’s time to intervene.
Just want give my compliments to the Evotel team. During a very challenging time in SA with loadshedding hitting us harder than ever. Thank you for your great service and the assistance from Maartens was exceptional yesterday night. Heres to you and many more great services.
