Netcare olivedale pharmacy - stay away!
I had to wait for two hours in line waiting to collect the medication for my 4 month old son. Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe this shock service. When I finally got to the counter I was told that there is something wrong with my script that was written by their own doctor. Terrible Terrible service. I only give 1 star because I can't give 0.

Dishonest dealers.
One of their buyers came to my house and evaluated my vehicle. There was a small mechanical fault and I was told that if I got it fixed the buyer would come back and make an offer close to the settlement amount. I had it fixed only to be told that they are only offering less than half of the settlement.

Extremely frustrating and Useless
I have been without internet for nearly a month because this useless company refuses to help me. Every time I call in to their call center they promise to sort it our and get back to me but no one ever does. I only give one star because there is no option for 0 stars

Terrible customer service. Stay away if possible
I moved to a new house that has Fibre installed. Mweb activated my line on their end and have requested that Vumatel activate the service. I have called Vumatel three times every day spending hundreds of rand on airtime but no one is able/willing to assist me. Their agents constantly hang up the phone after putting me on hold. They promise to sort it out but never do. I only give 1 star because there is no option to give 0 stars.

Dishonest dealings
We had a very bad experience with this dealership. Our vehicle had problems from the first day we bought it. The dealership had the vehicle repaired but no courtesy car was offered while we waited more than a week to get the vehicle back. The final straw came when we again had a problem with the engine overheating. The dealership had it repaired and then notified us that we would be liable for the repair. This was without our consent to go ahead with the repair or without knowledge that we would have to pay for the repair. Only after the repair had taken place. The only positive here was the helpful salesman. Please be wary when dealing with this dealership!!
