Excellent service
I damaged the front bumper on my Toyota Etios. I took it to a panel beater who said that they would have to replace the bumper. Took it to PanelLAB. They repaired the bumper at half the cost of a new one. Excellent workmanship.

Elsat Failure
Elsat provide a DSTV connection to my building, Park Manor, 37 Corlett Drive. They seem to have ceased to function, and none of the contact numbers work.

Above and Beyond
Clutch started slipping on the way from Jo'burg to Durban. Went to the dealership on Monday morning, no appointment. They replaced the clutch and did a service all by Monday afternoon. Wonderful service.

total lack of service
I have received an account. This contains a link for payment by debit or credit card. The ling does not work. I have sat for 30 minutes on several occasions watching it redirecting. If I try communicating by Email the same link is sent. The call centre times out before the phone is answered by a human being.

VUMATEL STRIKES AGAIN
If there was a lower rating I would use it. From end November to a week ago I had no connectivity. Then a week ago they fixed the problem. This morning no connectivity. Box No: FSAN ZNTS03D5F82B

Disgusting lack of customer service.
If there was a lower rating I would use it. In November Vumatel made some change in the way they handled my service provider, Gigawave. This terminated my service. Since then both I and Gigawave have contacted Vumatel on numerous occasions but have had absolutely no success. Most of the contact details on their website do not work. I have contacted the only one that works, SocialEmailagent numerous times with no success. It is impossible to reach anyone who can do anything. Vumatel are clearly abusing their monopoly position.
