Pathetic Service-Spar2u (Starwood Superspar)
To be honest, this store does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I have used the spar2u app on 16 December 2024. There were items in my cart that was out of stock. I waited 14 days for my refund which never happened. Since then i have been calling the store to follow up on my refund with no resolution. I spoke to someone informing me that my refund has been issued on 13 January 2025 and this has not happened. I sent a follow up email attaching my bank statement as proof that i did not receive the refund on 21 February 2025 and to date have not received a response.

Disgusting service from debt busters
I had enquired about the services from debt busters and provided all the details required. After careful thought and consideration around my finances i realized that I could manage my payments without their assistance. I called and emailed to the process to be cancelled and was advised that all my creditors have already been contacted. I insisted on not using their services and was certain that there should be a cooling off period. After threatening legal action I received a letter confirming that the process has been cancelled before any payments were taken. I later came to realize that my credit score has been cleared meaning I was at a zero score and I have been listed as I was under debt review which has negatively impacted me. I was unable to make any credit applications even though I know my name is good and my payments were up to date. Service from debt busters is pathetic and I would never recommend their services to anyone. I am still trying to clear my name with no success. Instead of making people's lives easier they make it worse. It's a ****
