1.Bought a faulty Samsung s22 ultra 5g. 2.Went to 3 service centers several times religiously to try to fix it, without any luck. Spent a total of 2 months without the device, while it was in the hands of Samsung certified service centers. 3.Samsung changes the story to send me back to service providers MTN etc... who I've already talked to several times religiously. 4.Samsung head office representative, sends me back to a service centers I've already been to without any success. This is after an ultimatum is provided stating, l should travel to another one of their centers , which I've already done multiple times or SAMSUNG cannot and will not continue to "help" me. 5.Service center person at MM ALL ELECTRONICS refuses to assist me and turns me away with the device, this is after l had been informed they would be expecting me by the head office representative. 6.MM ALL ELECTRONICS, manager-like woman who turns me away tells me to go to mtn head office and find the department that deals with high level device blacklisting and make them admit they blacklisted my device and when they do l should proceed to fight them with lawyers and that's how l can get my simcard slot 1 to start working. 7.Fast forward, I discover my fingerprint reader is not working as good as it used to with a brand new accuracy of 50% now. I'm pretty certain that the phone is not even waterproof anymore seeing how it's been opened several times and had the motherboard changed twice now. This has been my experience with Samsung and they have recently stopped communicating with more instructions since they sent me to a place l was turned away from.

Thus far I've been to the following Samsung authorised service centers, UniqueSmart Technologies, SUS Repairs Samsung, MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC, and all l have received thus far is a non paying job. All the above Samsung affiliates have given me the exact same outcome, which is time wasting, inconvenience, and simply being dishonest and at some point even trying to make me sign acknowledgement that my device has been repaired successfully, this being SUS Repairs Samsung. My product is still within warranty, but not for long seeing how Samsung thrives from giving people the run around. Their process with me has been similar with all 3 affiliates, firstly they take my phone for a lengthy assessment which l had to follow up on with 2 of the affiliates one of them being MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC , then they claim to have found the issue which can be as comical as a faulty sim tray. During my trails and tribulations with Samsung l have been sent to service providers several times to find out if my phone has been black listed, of which it is clearly not as l have checked multiple times on many different platforms including all S.A service providers, however they keep sending me back and forth to service providers with SUS being the most notable culprit. In conclusion SUS and UniqueSmart Technologies, gave me back the phone after a lengthy process claiming my issue has finally been resolved by a motherboard change, which was not the case with both affiliates as the issue persistes. MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC, purely and simply just wasted my time with their terrible communication, and high level incompitenc, as l comprehensively made them aware of all the nonsense l had faced before going to them as my third and clearly desperate attempt at fixing this faulty product. They ultimately communicated their "findings", which was a blatant assumption stating "l should collect the phone and its blocked by MTN", of which its not as this has been checked several times by myself and by the other Samsung Affiliates. If they can't fix the issue they must just replace the device but the chances of this happening are ZERO seeing how they would rather change the motherboard twice to no avail and make fauls claims just to get the issue off their hands and further wast my time, notable culprit being MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC. All these affiliates have all the records of what they have done at all the service centers but if l take the device elsewhere I'm sure they'll insist on "an assessment", which will add on to the total two months I've already spent without this device. I've always used the latest premium Samsung phone for many years, this is not my first encounter with a latest faulty premium Samsung phone but at least in the past the affiliates did not turn deceiving and wasting customers time into a full time religion.
