Fantastic Service! Probably the best experience I've had with any repair centre, staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I called in on Friday, parts were ordered over the weekend. Monday I received a call that my parts have arrived. If that wasn't quick enough, my screen was replaced within an hour and a half on me taking it in! I can't put into words how impressed I was with SUS.

Samsung A12 Hello Peter I bought a Samsung A12 last year in 2022 from Incredible Connections Nicolway. I hardly used the phone as it was meant to be a backup phone. After an estimated period of 5-6 months the phone started freezing, and I didn't get the time to book it in for repairs. Eventually I booked it in 3 months ago and it took forever for Incredible Connections Nicolway to give me feedback on the status of the cell phone device. I eventually received feedback in which I was told I had installed a generic screen on the phone which has now caused the damaged to the phone. I have to pay an amount of R1,656.51 despite the fact that the cell phone is still under warranty. I have never repaired the phone before and I wouldn't have taken it elsewhere knowing that it was still under warranty. I rejected the report and upon that rejection of the report I was advised that Samsung has ceased or cancelled my warranty. Further to that I received a call from a Technical Expert from Incredible Connections Nicolway informing me that I have to pay an amount of R250 for the assessment that SUS Repairs had done on my device. Failure to that I will not get my cellphone back.

This is by far the best experience I have had, I called Samsung head office and they recommended SUS. The customer service is excellent very friendly staff it was quick and easy and very professional. My motherboard had to be replaced and they had to order the part the whole process took only 2 business days. I would recommend this place to people.

SAMSUNG HAS TURNED INTO A FULL BLOWN SCAM. Bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G, all was well until the Sim 1 tray/slot stopped working. Thus far I've been to the following Samsung authorised service centers, UniqueSmart Technologies, SUS Repairs Samsung, MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC, and all l have received thus far is a non paying job. All the above Samsung affiliates have given me the exact same outcome, which is time wasting, inconvenience, and simply being dishonest and at some point even trying to make me sign acknowledgement that my device has been repaired successfully, this being SUS Repairs Samsung. My product is still within warranty, but not for long seeing how Samsung thrives from giving people the run around. Their process with me has been similar with all 3 affiliates, firstly they take my phone for a lengthy assessment which l had to follow up on with 2 of the affiliates one of them being MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC , then they claim to have found the issue which can be as comical as a faulty sim tray. During my trails and tribulations with Samsung l have been sent to service providers several times to find out if my phone has been black listed, of which it is clearly not as l have checked multiple times on many different platforms including all S.A service providers, however they keep sending me back and forth to service providers with SUS being the most notable culprit. In conclusion SUS and UniqueSmart Technologies, gave me back the phone after a lengthy process claiming my issue has finally been resolved by a motherboard change, which was not the case with both affiliates as the issue persistes. MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC, purely and simply just wasted my time with their terrible communication, and high level incompitenc, as l comprehensively made them aware of all the nonsense l had faced before going to them as my third and clearly desperate attempt at fixing this faulty product. They ultimately communicated their "findings", which was a blatant assumption stating "l should collect the phone and its blocked by MTN", of which its not as this has been checked several times by myself and by the other Samsung Affiliates. If they can't fix the issue they must just replace the device but the chances of this happening are ZERO seeing how they would rather change the motherboard twice to no avail and make fauls claims just to get the issue off their hands and further wast my time, notable culprit being MM ALL ELECTRONICS CC. All these affiliates have all the records of what they have done at all the service centers but if l take the device elsewhere I'm sure they'll insist on "an assessment", which will add on to the total two months I've already spent without this device. I've always used the latest premium Samsung phone for many years, this is not my first encounter with a latest faulty premium Samsung phone but at least in the past the affiliates did not turn deceiving and wasting customers time into a full time religion. SAMSUNG AND YOUR AFFILIATES, CAN YOU NOW DO THE RESPECTABLE AND LOGICAL THING AND CHECK YOUR DATABASE TO SEE ALL THE SHENANIGANS THAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH AND TELL ME WHEN AND WHERE L CAN GO TO DROP OFF THIS EXPENSIVE SCAM ALONG WITH ALL ITS ACCESSORIES YOU SOLD ME, SO L CAN COLLECT A NEW ONE THAT HOPEFULLY CAN DO ONE OF THE MAIN TASKS PEOPLE BUY PHONES TO DO I.E CELL RECEPTION?

Sent my phone to SUS Repairs in Randburg for water damage. Phone was returned to me with broken volume keys. I was later told by Raymond that this was done in my best interest for repairing phone. Shocking service from these guys. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM
