I bought a car at Kia Somerset west and my license and number plates was only delivered to me after 48 days off waiting and driving with two temporary licenses and both expired before they came to replace or issue my own license and plates.also on the day off collection the car was not ready for me to take delivery and I had to return later the day to collect. This is very unprofessional and the service is very bad. I like the brand but the customer service is very bad and they can be lucky that I was not issued with a fine for driving a car with no license
Hi I had an X-ray done at the Morton & Partners that I had to pay myself after the medical aid said that they will cover. after the X-ray was done I mad my way home and called the medical aid to ask why they say that this was covered but then when a person get to the felicity then they say its not covered. they send me a for to show that it is covered under ICD10 code 53110. I called Morten & Partners and told them to send me a invoice with my medical detail on so that I can claim it back from the medical aid and was told that they will do the claim and I cant do it. they will then refund me when the medical aid pay them. So for one they are now going to get two payments one from myself and from the medical aid. its been two weeks later and still I have not received any refund from Morton & Partners. I also found out that the amount I paid and the amount the medical aid paid was different by R107.60. I ask the medical aid about this and was told that this is the agree amount between the medical aid and the healthcare provider and you do not need to pay the outstanding balance. The problem now is that Morton & Partners only want to pay me the money that medical aid paid them and not what I paid them. I feel that this is very unfair as this is what was agree to with the medical aid and why must the patient be responsible for the shortfall if you that is Morton & Partners agreed this with the Medical aid. PS. 6 June 2025 and still waiting on my refund
So I claimed for my fridge and spoiled content after my compressor burn out due to power surge on 9 Jan 2023 and is still waiting on the repair and payment off the spoiled food to be approved almost 2 weeks later. When you don't pay your premium then you don't have cover but when you claim they take there own time. I will never recommend anyone to join Discovery insurance.
