I bought a router online in March, on the 1st of August from nowhere it shutdown. When l went to the store they said they can't help because l bought it online, the online service said the store should help. After a few visit to the store and calls, the router was sent to repairs but no update was done, the customer service is terrible
l had terrible after sale service, l bought a faulty product from them and they refused to do a replacement for me
