I paid a R150.00 premium "early bird" delivery fee to have a package deliverd on a Saturday morning for a specific function. Package was delivered only on the following Monday in the afternoon. I asked for a refund of the early bird fee. After serveal weeks, and me chasing several times, I am told that the delivery needed a "payment intervention" and that means they can't refund my fee. What bull****. WIll seriously think twice about using them again.
Have a few problems with MetroFibre's system at the moment. Broadband connection working intermittently. Fabulous service from their support line though in getting a fult logged. Thank you Karien :-)
I am at my wits end with Health Squared. I am trying to assist my elderly mother who has been a scheme member since 1979. They keep refusing to pay some of her bills for in-hospital treatment. I have specialists chasing me for months for payment when her scheme should have paid. She will shortly be blacklisted, I am sure. She requires a wheelchair in order to get around now - and has a full motivation letter from her doctor. Yet HS refuses to reimburse her for the wheelchair. It is disgusting. The worst is that she has in excess of R50,000 in her medical savings account with HS. She has had this surplus for more than 10 years. She has asked repeatedly for HS to just pay her bills using this money - even though they should be paying her bills from scheme benefits. THIS IS NOT YOUR MONEY HEALTH SQUARED - IT IS HERS. Just pay her bills please. The stress of having to deal with constant chasing of hospitals, xray depts, doctors and specialists because you have not paid them properly is add hugely to her stress and mental anguish. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was rally grateful for Hermann coming in at short notice to help me with a house move over a short distance. His team of 5 guys were really pleasant and helpful and we moved smoothly.

It was only shortly after they left that we discovered things missing ... including 2 watches, 2 cellphones, money out of a drawer, money out of a wallet, a video camera and some clothing. Total value .. probably around R25 000

Hermann immediately got the driver to apparently search his guys on the truck, but of course they found nothing. I arranged to get polygraph tests done at my expense to see who had stolen the stuff (including of my own 2 people that helped), but after initially agreeing to this, Hermann then became unresponsive, said that he needed his lawyers to approve, etc, etc and comletely avoided allowing this to be done.

Hermann, if you are moving peoples' expensive personal and sentimental items, we have to be able to trust you. EPIC FAIL.
