*****ulently placing their drivers traffic fines on customers
The worst Ford dealership to support. They don’t get your car fixed in time then offer you a loan car while yours is with them for 1 DAY only to *****ulently sign you out of the loan car 7 DAYS later without you knowing and to allow them to put their drivers’ traffic fines on your name. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!

Bad communication on car progress
Extremely disappointed in the communication from them regarding the progress of my car. Katelyn first said they ordered the incorrect part then when I check my progress online its speaking about a PAINT DEFECT?? Now when I call she has to verify which is the correct information. I have been trying to get hold of them. If I don't call them regarding the progress then they don't call me about the feedback, The service has definitely downgraded at Renew-it Greenstone!
