I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Porter and Craft at Clearwater. I purchased a very expensive leather backpack that started developing cracks out of nowhere. I took it back to the store and showed the issue to the staff. They kept my bag for almost two months, with no proper communication or updates throughout the process. After repeatedly following up and speaking to the sales assistant, my issue was finally escalated to the manager, Michelle Schoeman, who said she would take the bag to the Jekyll and Hide head office. After that, silence — no calls, no updates, nothing. I had to drive to the store several times just to find out what was going on. When I eventually got a call (after two months) to collect my bag, I was told that there was “nothing wrong with it.” To make matters worse, I was advised to “ask how to maintain and treat leather” — which felt incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. I didn’t spend that much money to be told how to care for a bag that’s clearly defective. This whole experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I expected so much better from a brand like this. I’ll never buy from Porter and Craft again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so.
I'm really disappointed in the poor service I'm getting from Renew-it Sandton. I had to take my car back 3 times due to terrible pain work and incomplete work on my vehicle. 8 months later I'm still waiting for my car parts and rear lights to be fixed. IIHAAM can't even keep her promise to sort out all my challenges.
I was bumped by one of your vehicle last year December (03.12.22) Richard Yende was driving the Bakkie Reg: K6 03 MZ GP. This happened inside the Maponya Mall. The supervisor Aaron Mudau agreed to pay for my access, as is aware that Yende was at fault. A 3rd car was involve due to the impact of the accident. When i call Aaron her does not answer my calls.
My monthly premium was increased without my knowledge/consent Ever since my car accident, I was never contacted by my ensure (miway) to check weather my car was fixed to my satisfaction. Its been 8 months and I'm still fighting with Renew-it Sandton to sort out my car.
The worst service ever I'm getting from Renew-it Sandton. 1. 1st my car was kept for 4 months 2. I had to take my car back 3 times due to incorrect paint color and parts missing 3. I'm the one calling and following-up on the progress. 4. It's been now 8 months now and I'm still awaiting my car parts and my rare lights to be fixed.
Poor and very concerning service I got from miway insurance. I'm still struggling with my claim logged on 03.12.2022. I have to always call to get updates. Now i was told that they are still struggling to call the 3rd party..
