If there was an option for half a star. I haven’t received my rental deposit back after lease ended over a month ago and by law, this was supposed to be concluded within 14 days!!! They don’t answer calls, they don’t respond to emails. I even went to the Small Claims Court to get my money back. I presented a letter of demand and still not a word from them.

This company makes multiple enquiries and applies for loans on your behalf whether you have app**** or not. This month alone I have 2 enquires from them and I did not apply a loan from them. That is *****!!!!! REMOVE THOSE ENQUIRIES AND REMOVE MY INFORMATION FROM YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!
They called me for debt mediation and I agreed to their services. However they debited me on the wrong date and when they refunded me, they did not send the full refund. On the second month, they debited me AGAIN but so did ALL my other debtors. The agent assisting me was Mpho. Biggest inconvenience EVER. I have cancelled my services with them but have been struggling to get my refunds for over a month now.
I have a cellphone contract with Telkom, which I pay R934 p/m. The debit order went through the last time in December which clearly shows on my bank statement but they say they had not received that payment. They have since been trying to debit my account for two month + fees for “non payment”. That amounted to R2084. But when I call to find out what is going on with my account they say I owe them R1150. Which is wrong because I had already paid for December, they should’ve just debited my January balance. Even they are confused about their story. When I try to call customer care I get ZERO assistance. I went to the store to sort this issue out and was told that they can’t assist me they also have to call the billing department. I waited over 30 minutes to get assistance and even then I was told to email my statement. Which I have done 2 days ago already but have still not had any response. They have suspended my line since. This is the WORST customer experience I’ve EVER had. I would not recommend their service even to my worst enemy.
