You cannot mess up at a client's home, and the best you can do is to send a team after 14h00 the next day to fix your own mess, without taking into consideration the fact that the client is already inconvenienced(first by the issue they are facing, and second, by your incompetence). Rain again! For some weird reason, when you log a ticket, no one bothers getting back to you, not even an email giving you a troubleshooting guide. What they will do, in rare cases, is send a technician, weeks later, when your router is then working. Have been without internet since 4pm yesterday. Nothing whatsoever from these pathetic so-called service providers. They can't even let clients know when the towers are down or something. Rain South Africa your service is ****!🖕🏾

Just made the transition to rain one, and so far so good. Sims were activated within 30min and are working well. On the uncapped 5g, no connection issues. I'm loving it! 👌🏾 👌🏾 👌🏾
Credit where it's due. I cursed them out for pathetic service, and after my router was exchanged for the older huawei model, connectivity has been excellent... no issues whatsoever👌
For weeks now there hasn't been any 5g coverage from rain, only LTE. Yet we pay for 5g... Wasn't even aware until I started using the broadband signal monitor. MTN only service provider with constant 5g coverage around here... So not only is rain misleading us, but they are lying outright. Done with this pathetic excuse of a service provider. No amount of rebooting, resetting, taking it the SIM will connect you to 5g... Something has to be done about such blatant exploitation of customers. Rain is pure ****!
Shouldn't the law be doing something about the false advertising from rain? You hardly get any internet for the full month you pay for, and their excuses for the network being down are always pathetic! I regret having wasted my money with this ****... I have never had a mere hour of uninterrupted connectivity since signing up. Only reason I switched from Fibre is that linteg is just as pathetic and is the only one allowed in Jackal Creek. This is so ****ed up!
