Worse service ever. STAY AWAY !! Installed new aircon unit in my house. Its making such a noise one cant sleep. Technician says they have to move the outside unit. So I have to pay another R6000. They also won't refund or replace the faulty unit. Two weeks old unit
Firstly they deliver to wrong address, I get notified delivery was made. I had to call driver and convince him he delivered to wrong address. After some time he dropped off items, bags been opened and my ordered swiss roll damaged and also not packed. I tell him I'm not taking that. He can credit it. He comes back demand I return all items. So I did. 10 min later my account is blocked and my money still not returned. I called, emailed and went to store...still nothing. Just pathetic service
This bank run their credit card debit order 3 days before my agreed debit order date. 2 days before my salary date then report me to credit bureau, effecting my credit score. This is after I have told them many times that they cant do that.
The worst customer service and support ever. I was ****med unknowingly unto a **** website looking like Wildebees Clothing. After filling in my adres and name in the shipping options at payment my phone froze. I immediately suspected something is wrong excited the site. Seconds later I get a sms from capitec saying R1200 odd rand has been paid to a clothing company in Asia. I called Capitec, stopped my card and reported *****. The refunded me on the spot. 3 Months down the line they send me an email ssying the clothing company has provided them with enough evidence that the transaction is legit. I rep**** attaching screenshots of the **** website and transaction. If you go on Facebook and search for Wildebeest clothing you immediately find it. Theres is also plenty of youtube videos stating the same. Capitec decided Im talking nonsense and simply deducted the money from my account. Now they not answering my emails. Im closing all my accounts there after 10 odd years. They obviously in on the ****
Absolutely the worst delivery service out there. So I just lost R8000.00 because this company did not deliver my parcel on time. They contacted the driver who **** about calling and trying to contact me. I have my phone record on hand, my gate has 3 intercom buttons which rings at 3 diffrent reception offices. When i asked where she is now, I can drive to her they just rep**** that she is in a diffrent area now. Would never use this pathetic company again.
Stayed there for one night. Its broken down, filthy, rusted, broken in door, kettle bottom rusted, shower leaking, aircon not working...could nt wait to leave next morning
