Terrible service. Wont not recommend them as they do not provide any updates about issues pertaining to your unit and will ignore your email. Samantha Byrne was in charge for managing Cotsworld Fenns but is not great at her job. I think they need to improve their team and ensure they are able to provide updates to owners that have been having issues going on for months with no feedback.
Jaguar Umhlanga has the worse customer service ever! I will not repurchase a Jaguar because of their slow and inefficient service. Parts have been ordered and a week later, they tell me they can only work on my vehicle in another 5 days time because they are busy with other vehicles. Had a similar issue earlier this year where there was minor work done and they keep my car for 3-4 weeks to work on the minor issues.
Dear Reader Please do not use the services of FG Frameless Glass. I am based in Durban and 2 years later we are still awaiting the structural engineer certificate that we need for council approval. The Durban branch has since been closed down and the other locations do not provide support despite numerous phonecalls and emails. I would not use their services ever again!
Extremely disappointed with Hirsch’s and their misleading information. We purchased a Dyson vacuum from Hirsch’s and it stopped working after 3 months. During the purchase they assured us that any problems would be covered and even convinced us to take the extended warranty plan. However when we brought it in, they had to do multiple checks to verify what was covered that it seemed they were trying to avoid the warranty. Two months later and we are still waiting for feedback. We visited the branch twice and the manager Aveer and customer service promised us they will contact us the next day but nothing, no call or email. I see many frustrated people online are in the same situation and the only solution we have is to no longer purchase from Hirsch’s.
