I was really happy with the service from Gugu keep up the good work
I am a patient at Helen Joseph Hospital on the 10th September 2024 was rushed to hospital due to medication that was given to me from the doctor I have an enlarge heart and on the 9th September was also here for a GScope but could not do it due to my heart was pumping too fast and I was in distress doctor immediately referred me to casualties they did some test and found out my heart is failing yet they send me home only to return back on the 10th for my medication went home had breakfast and took my medication and went to lay down as I have not been sleep well for 4months was woken up with sharp chest pains and numbness in my body my husband got the paramedics to help and was brought into Helen Joseph Hospital taken to Resus and the doctors there was so good to me the service I received from them was outstanding immediately they took over regarding my heart failure several tests has been done and seeing the Cardiologist to help me but for the sisters in the wards ...omw how bad they treat you as a colored but their own people they treat them well on the 16th September the night staff nurses was on duty in Ward 13 floor 5 it's time for medication but they decide to give it at 22:25 knowing we as patients should have had their meds long ago and the noise they make when we are sleep is unbelievable I just had enough of their inhumane behavior and told them I was going to report them for their behavior unacceptable when I mentioned that their were quiet the whole night. Reporting back to the dayshift staff they couldn't produce proper information in my file cause they don't do their work as nurses what are they here for then . I'm not happy with this at all
Been struggling to get Telkom Fibre to fix my wifi problems for the past 6 weeks. Every time I call (13 times) for assistance and get given a reference number 2 days later when I call again, the log is resolved and every single time I get a different story of what seems to be the problem. I have been calm and collective and really frustrated with the consultants and they just don't seem to care or give a rats ass. Our account is fully paid but nobody seems to know what they are doing there because nobody can tell me what seems to be the issue or how long it will take. It is so disappointing and frustrating to pay for a service that I these times one relies on and your service provider just doesn't care or know what they are doing.
