Makro refund process is a ****
I took a product back to Makro and they refunded me but the money never reached my account. I have sent proof to them via email many times and all they say is I have to prove to them that I did not receive the money. I sent them bank statements - HOW MUCH MORE PROOF DO THEY WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Service
I ordered beds and a coach from That Coach Place and their service was excellent. They went out of their way to get my delivery done and I am very happy with the product. Can really recommend them.

Most frustrating Managing Agents
The most frustrating people to deal with. They never answer email and they only make promises but never deliver on any of it.

Poorest service ever.
I have been trying to reach Vumatel for 4 days - holding the line for more than 25 minutes per day. Absolutely not worth the effort. They should just close their telephone line and save everyone the effort. Poorest service ever.

*********** and no one taking ownership of anything
I have requested for my fibre line to be moved from another isp to afrihost. What a mistake. They are the worst and support is absolutely useless. They kewep you on the line forever and go nowhere. Every person just shrugs you off ansays it is esculated to vumatel. They are not compitent an no one takes ownership. I have been down now for 5 days. Absolutely will not recommend them and I am now moving to Axxess as they do a much better job.

Worst Service ever
WeBuyCars have no service. I bought a vehicle from the Dome branch and found the staff unhelpfull. Whenever I wanted to view a vehicle they dragged their feet to the car and take their time in getting the keys. Even though I eventually did buy a vehicle I am still waiting fro license disk and registration 3 weeks later. There is no feedback from the branch and if I try and phone I end up talking to the call centre agents and they have no information to assist with. Then they put ypu on hold and say they will phone the branch, and then you get cut off. Absolutely pathetic service and system
