Telkom ****s customers
At end of my contract they want charge for an extra month for cancelation of contract. Then they dont want to give me the airtime and data that the contract is worth per month either but atill have to pay. I will never go back to telkomnor reccomment them to anyone. If i could give negarive stars or no stars i would have done just that

Bad service from elctrician and fivestar solar supplier
Bought a solar system through electrician and he supp**** a fivestar solar inverter fs1008 that has wifi function. IT DIES NOT APPARENTLY AND THEY SAY ITS EXYRA. Went through all the documentation and nowhere does it say wifi funtion is extra. It does however show wifi functionality.

Best isp I ever did have
The best service best feed back I have ever received was from them. Timely prompt proffesional and well spoken. Every interaction is a pleasure when talking to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Worst ISP next to w Africa and rain
Trying to cancel service due to price increase 2nd time in the year. Have explained issue to several "agent" have asked to speak to management but to no avail. Trying to cancel on web app shows I must pay exorbitant amount. Spoke to them several times was told that it's for installation, which they didn't do, so explained to them that they didn't do the instelation and I will not pay that amount and am unable to pay said amount even if I wanted to. They would call me back and am still waiting for them.
