One of the best services I have received from Tshidiso at MIT Mak motors in my journey of purchasing a car. His knowledge on the questions I asked where very helpful. Main goal is to make sure that as a customer you are satisfied and knowledgeable enough to make an informed decision when purchasing a car.
Worst panelbeaters ever. I owuld neverrecommend them to any one. The service is poor, my car was there for almost 2 months. They don't communicate effectively. they will lawys say they will get back to you and never do. I had to follow up with the insurance to take the car back for refixing not them though, to another panelbeater, i just discovered now while changing a globe that the fitted a second hand light to my car which is even broken, they still have y one LED globe with them, the guy that handed teh car over to me was even rude when i sowed him some of the defects, the bumper was not aligned properly he said it is plastic and it stays like that, i just kept quite and took it up with the insurance. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, i bet they even claimed a new light from the insurance and fitted a secind hand light with broken clamps. i wonder what else will i find faults with in the car. i had the accident last year October around the 6th got the car towrd end of november took it back to fix issues which were not fixed properly still.
I am very disappointed with VW Fourways. Bought a car last year September with them. 3 times i asked about the car having a service plan, and the salesperson who was helping me told me that the car has both a service plan and a warranty. No, the car is due for service, and I find out that it does not have the service plan in place. I called the salesperson, who has since left the company, to ask him about it. He has since asked me for the VIN number and said he would check, but two to three days later he has not gotten back to me. i called the dealership and was informed that the car i bought doe snot come with a service i was supposed to have purchased it. I was taken through to the sales manager who tells me that there is nothing he can do because my purchase file does not have anything about the service plan and i have to purchase a service plan. he then told me that there is nothing he can do even after i told him that the salesperson told me that the car comes with a service plan. When we were busy with the process of purchasing the car it was never mentioned that the Polo vivo does not come with a service plan even though i asked about the service plan more than once and even when i went to collect the car papers i asked about and was told i must not worry it will be picked up on the VW website when i take the car in for service
