Hi I am very disappointed with Smartsure twenty 20 for not contacting me and give me a detailed information on the complaint I lodged against on behalf of my sister they show me that they want war and the only thing I needed from them was what decision they have made to stir up their client like that
I have a younger sister who was involved in an accident 2021 she then claimed from the company with no success the company even claimed that she was offered a courtesy car which is lie please assist on this matter because she even escalated with head office but they can't help her
In August I called Vodacom customer care for network unlock and I was told that I can do that after a year then I was given the ussd code and the phone I wanted to unlock completed year recently then I called customer care on the 04/11/2024 as ussd code gave me error message I was referred to branch then when I arrived at the branch they said it is not possible and so I am confused customer care service say this and the branch says something I want clarification
I am not happy with the amounts from invoice and SMS they don't match I tried to call for clarification I don't understand what it's been said by the agent
Refering on the 16/07/2024 complaint I asked to remind the consultant about the change of payment date to the 25 of every month and please my plea can have an urgent attention
Hi I am so disappointed with the service I received from several rain consultants they never fulfilled a mere request on change of payment date I had several reminders of due payments and I was unable to change the date on the app instead I would receive error message and I have tried to make calls everyone who assisted me will send a ref no but with no l.uck nothing will change and on this day of 16/07/2024 i called as there was another reminder. And all of these scenarios had several disconnection of arrangements will be to pay on chosen date with my airtime I wouldn't mind if it happened only once it persisted causing all this havoc really I don't know how would I describe this it's poor, bad , careless work is done unprofessionals there is no follow for customer satisfactory survey i really found no joy in this situation
I've experienced bad connection...it had it's own days of providing good internet service some days it doesn't work When we facing challenges with internet service, Rain doesn't inform us about the issue and let us know the problem...we have to call them and ask the issue....as company of Rain they should inform us about the issues we facing as they're the ones who are using the systems to see the matter
