My fiber line has been down since Saturday. I have had no response and no one has been here to look at it or fix it. I work from home and cannot afford to be without network. All I keep hearing as that matter has been escalated.
I have been phoning since Saturday as my fiber line is off. No one has been here to fix it and they keep telling me that it has been escalated. I work from home and cannot afford to be without network. Surely they have senior staff that can escalate this.
How do I get a settlement figure on my Kulula credit card?
I placed an online order for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren to be delivered to their home. Order was split into 3 and first two orders were delivered on time. The main items being the two bicycles were said to be delivered on 16th December. This did not happen. I have been phoning since 17th December to follow up on the order and was told the they will follow up with the supplier and it has been escalated. I advised them that we will be going on leave on 20th December and need items to be delivered by then. Nothing!! On 20th December I received an email from Nthabeleng Tikoe (Makro Care) to advise items are no longer in stock and money will be refunded within 3-5 working days which should have been around 31st December. No refund. I received an email and sms notification yesterday 7th January 2025 to advise that order was cancelled and I will receive a refund within 5-10 days. Very poor service as I had to phone 10 times and was promised a refund on 20th December and now again 7th January I have to wait another 5-10 days. Not only were my grandchildren left without Christmas gifts but now I have to wait even longer for a refund. Poor service!!
I moved to M-Web in 2022 and started off on a 50up/50down fiber line. In June 2022 I upgraded to 200/200 line. Every time I do a speed test it's never more than 30Mbps yet I've been paying for 200/200 line. I've complained on numerous occasions and nothing was done. I phoned on 12/01/2023 to downgrade back to 50/50 as I do not see why I have to pay all this money and don't have the service. The person I spoke to said it will bed one and should take about a week. If I check on my app it still shows 200/200 line. I've phoned twice last week and again on Friday and waited for 22 minutes for someone to tell me they are waiting for Vodacom and that he will get in touch with them and phone me back the same day to give me feedback. Still waiting for the call. I am a M-Web client and whatever happens between them and Vodacom should not affect me or the service I pay for.
