Been sending them mails re a settlement but they dont get it, but they can reply to the same mail adr with demands
Most brain dead company and ******** been tryung to resolve a despute for nearly 4 years to no luck
Submitted a claim 6weeks ago for invertor that blew. Been given the runaround from photos that must be submitted to determine the damages to not all components that has been handed in to inspectors missing appointments and claiming only to work 8 till 17.00
Some time ago I underwent debt rescue. Its 8yrs passed and Iam still struggeling with Absa to update their records. Im losing my patience now and are forced to liist their incompatence here now. The banks dont care about the wellbeing of their customers. Ref no to matter is Case Reference: C-47122451 / C-48235463 One will have to appoint a legal team to adr this matter and sue Absa for damages it seem
This company is so ******** after numerous times that they have been informed that Disovery medical.aid devt is settled they still seem not to understand the english language. They all must go back to GR R and start again. The word "dont owe any" means nothing more is oustanding. And they are so incompetant that they dont get it when you inform them about contact details that doesnt belong to you. They still call it.
This company just dont give a **** about how people are treated. I logged a dispute about a wrong report on my profile, the reporting have been done.fixwd but now they still leave a dispute mark behinf your name which is.causing an issue with banks. Tried mailing no reply, tried calling held on for more than an hrs. They are really bad at customer service and how people are treated. Wish they could suffer financial loses like we do
This is a classic exanple of anthor business that only does what its being told. They made a mistake on my credit listing. I have logged a querry twice and submitted all letters and documents from Nedbank. When you do a followup they says its closed. No feedback or cortection made. And dont even try to call you will hold for more than an hrs. They and the banks dont care on how they treat customers. Whish we could blacklist them that it also affects their trading records Useless
In Jan 2024 I settled my credit card with nedbank, I received my paid up letter and closed the account. For the months following Jan 2024 till till Jul 2024 Nedbank listed me for.non payment at ITC. Now I have to run around tonget this fixed as it is preventing me from obtaining credit Which we could blacklist banks the way they blacklist people that it would also have an impact on their business
This is one of the most brain dead companies I have came across in a long time. For more that a year I keep on sending them a settleemnt letter Discovery issued me for medical aid related debt that was settled but they igbore the mails and keep on harasing me. Now for every call. Sms, mail I receive I will trash them on this platform.
After numerous attempts they just making empty promises to have a medical aid related debt which Discovery have issued me with a settlement letter over a year ago sorted. But Discovery is so useless that they and their collection agency still haras me. Their collection agency is Shabir Shake and associates. Useless companies. Not ai will trash them for every call, sms, email I get
